coming from someone who has multiple chronic illnesses and who has traveled extensively, it sucks to take all your pill bottles but some security will confiscate your meds if there is no identification for what they are. It's a bummer, but super important to keep meds in their prescription bottles for identification purposes!!

The way that I also have ocd and pack EXACTLY LIKE THIS 😂 we are so similar it’s wild. Oh btw you can get laundry done for you for really cheap in Thailand!! Just ask whatever hotel/hostel you’re staying at. I did it all the time when I was there for a month last year. I don’t know if you’ll see this but I figured I might as well let you know

Something I've learnt : Leave some space in your bag, you don't want to be trying to repack everything neatly everytime you have to move. And you're going to buy stuff

On the rolling compression bags, it recommend going over the zipper or seal whatever yours has, like 4 times then roll. Sometimes that seal isn’t great and then where the air escapes, sometimes clothes can block it so make sure there’s no clothes blocking that valve
