Now, we need a video game company developing a Speed bag "pad" and an appriopriate beatmania game to use it. Would buy it.

It is rumored that wooden platform was used by many boxing legends as early as Dempsey.

    Love watching true artists perform.
  • Matt, always amazing to watch you hit the bag. Hope to be able to see you one day in NJ at one of the seminars. Respect!

Thanks for sharing! Matthew made it all look very easy and while it is once you know how. Of course knowing how and doing aren't always the same. To get to the level these people are at requires time and commitment. Keeping ones arms elevated, moving in varying directions and keeping varying rhythms punching a moving bag can be a bit tiring on some of the muscles used after a while. It's been awhile since I've spent time on the speed bag and after watching everyone doing their thing, I just may have to get back at it again. Very inspiring! Thanks again!

So inspiring. Thanks Dude. I find it so addicting. I have one in the garage and can’t walk past it without hitting the damn thing.
  • Best speed bagger in the world wow a honour to the guys and ladys wish i got into it sooner think it would have changed my life but no regrets.

Our YMCA does that Parkinsons Boxing workout that was mentioned---complete with speed bag workouts that benefit the brain area as was mentioned in the video. Nice to see folks working it. They also have a seperate speed bag for us duffers that try hard as heck to look like they do in this video---to no avail, but the workout is incredible. IT helps too with my hockey skills--hand/eye/timing/reaction. All Good. Try it--get a bag put up in basement or garage.
  • Ive watched this few times now its great wish I had a decent set up
