  • I love that he spices up his morning oats. I do a similar thing with mine every morning. A little sweet isn’t going to kill your in the off-season. It actually helps give you a better pump. I use protein oats, granola, a little bit of agave nectar, egg whites, milk and honey roasted peanut butter. Easy 1300+ cal first thing in the morning before my workout.
