100% agree to par-bake crust before topping, especially for that crispy middle that’s not too gooey

Tips on the "crust": 1. If you're going to freeze it, put a piece of saran wrap or parchment between it and the plate 2. Par bake like you would a pie crust. You can use a piece of aluminum foil and place beans in it to brown it more evenly

I think by this time, me personally would be sick of Ramen, but I like the unique way you come up with different recipes for them. 👌🏾

It is much better to shallow fry the crust in a skillet with oil so that it becomes crunchy and crisp from underneath. Loving your creativity❤️❤️
