This definitely was happening in Phoenix Arizona but the worst gang violence too hit hard in the streets of Phoenix was in the 70s and 80s too mid 90s. I am sad watching this as Demone Wilson Mom and Dad wasn’t and ain’t no joke! Yea ol boy put that shirt on but I bet you he didn’t go outside with it on! It’s a trip to see these kids so violent as I know half of they parents and what they went through to make sure they kids had a great life!
