  • Thank you very much. My hemoglobin creatinine improved a lot in 3 months. I have reduced my protein also to 15 g day. My gfr was 30 now is 59. Is gfr 60 not kidney disease? I drank also lots of acacia

  • Love it Catherine. Just got back from my Nephrologist with all the tests. 6 months ago my GFR was 9 and my Creatinine was out of control. So today my GFR was 18.5 and the Creatinine is dramatically better, better red blood cells etc. I credit you and your recommendations that has improved my kidney health. I will try and reach stage 3 now!! 😊

  • Thank u for ur precious sharing knowledge about the important facts to take for our kidneys. Yes, a lot of people young n old are having this kind of sickness that can cause death. So we need to know from katherine's uploads to improve our organs to have a long life. Its a pity who have this kind of disease. Just to listen n try all the remedies. You will not pay like going for check up with the doctors. Pray more n have faith in God like katherine's doing for the better health. More power to u who enlightens us.

    Thank you Katherine! You are so great! Avocados and tomatoes are high in potassium but so healthy for those without kidney disease. Please explain your reasoning about adding to the diets of those with kidney disease.

    These foods can also be eaten for dinner too. I usually have a smoothie full of antioxidants for breakfast. Also, most multivitamins found at the supermarket or pharmacy are the worst things to take. They're full of synthetic ingredients and unhealthy preservatives. It's best to take individual organic or non gmo supplements from companies that use whole ingredients that don't use bad fillers/colors. Best that it is 3rd party tested as well. Otherwise, it can be laced with heavy metals. Example in vid showed cyanocobalamin (synthetic form) of B12. Methylcobalamin is natural form of B12 and is more bioavailable.
