We got up at 4:00 AM to be a part of the 49th annual Abq Balloon Fiesta's mass ascension. There were over 700 balloons in all. It was incredible being right in the middle of it all. There are so many colors, shapes, and sizes of balloons; they are so big it can overwhelm you with beauty and awh. Then the pilot hits the burners and if you are close you are hit with the noise and then the heat bringing you back down to earth. It truly is a scene to behold.

Hey again guys!! This looks absolutely amazing - the dawn flight is such a great concept (to show the other balloons the conditions). The weather looks perfect, and the sunrise glorious! The different shapes are so much fun, I can´t believe how close you can get to them. Watching them all drift of in the sky was a lot of fun. Thank you for taking us with you on this really early morning! See you guys again soon 😀

Great video. We planned to go but had a family emergency and had to give our tickets away. We hope to get there some day.
