That g wagon feels so massive compared to other speed champion cars.

that rear window is like 9-year-old me building a custom car using random spare parts from the box of bits

One of the only few reviewers that mattered when it comes to Speed Champions!

3:09 Set 79605 (Ford double pack from 2021) had 3 bags for the Bronco and 2 for the GT.
  • I can't wait to see the Technic G-Wagon in the line of summer sets. 😊

So I was going to Walmart with my mom to possibly buy a Lego set, and then I saw all 3 of the new Lego Speed Champions sets on display. I decided to get this one! Incredible build, absolutely loved it!
  • I think these cars aren't that off as you described them. The Sl would actually look pretty cool with another windshield, and that G-wagon with this huge hood looks straight up like a Brabus to me. Plus, it is refreshing to see some more normal cars in the speed champions lineup

The best channel for in-depth speed champions reviews! Keep it up, RB!

I bought and build the set last week and I'm loving it every day I look at it I love it I am glad Lego came out with a G-Wagon and a convertible Benz 💛👊💛👊🔥🔥🔥⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars

The building technique used for the g wagon is so interesting to see in a official set, with the axle going through it and using offset studs everywhere, the red and green parts to distinguish the front and back is really smart, so it's disappointing to see the solutions they came up with for the rear window and not trying to offset the spare tire a stud to help with the look of the rear. This review made me look at the speed champion Lamborghini countach set now lol

The SL63 looks like the support act that you have to go through before the headliner G63. Blocky cars translate really well into Lego, like my favourite of the line, the Audi Quattro S2.

My little girl is always playing with my Speed Champion cars, she loves being able to fit a whole family in the car so I know she'll be excited by the G Wagen. There's not that many 4 seater minifigure scale cars about surprisingly.

Great builds, can’t wait to get the set 🤙
  • I recently got this set, and I love both of the cars! I understand the flaws both of them have, but I don't think there's a better way to make the hood be in the correct angle on the G-Wagon while still having the engine bay. But from another perspective, this set is in my opinion a great parts pack for someone! There are a few gunnetal gray pieces used in the G-Wagon, printed Mercedes logos, 3 windscreen elements in the new transparent black color, et cetera.
