Unbelievable! Stop this drunk driving and bad driving crap. Stop dismissing driving offenses. People need to be held accountable. In an instant parents were killed and a lil boy is fighting to stay alive. Research the Simmons 3 if you are not familiar with. 3 teenager siblings were killed by a drunk driver. It’s all so tragic and unnecessary. May these families find the strength they need to get through it

Every time a driver gets caught driving under the influence, it's pretty safe to assume he/she has done it dozens of other times without being caught. These reckless people simply do not care.

Why does it take drunk people actually killing innocent people to finally get them behind bars instead of behind the wheel? The system FAILED this family big time! Somebody or something should be held accountable for allowing this guy to just keep on driving drunk.

I just don’t understand why a guy with this many charges was still free to murder a young family…it just boggles my mind 😢 Prayers for the family and what they are going through right now.

Horrid. My friend was killed by a drunk driver back in 2002. Drunk was 16 y.o. girl in stolen car. My friend was 37, left his wife, pregnant six months and five children.

repeat DUIs need longer jail sentences not dismissals 😡 this was absolutely preventable.
