  • What do you know about “drop foot”? I just experienced hip replacement surgery and had a hematoma that compressed the sciatic nerve and I’m now left with drop foot. I’m only 49 years old and there were no indications that I would’ve had any complications from this hip surgery. I’m so upset about the resulting effects and need to know how long it will take to get the movement back in my foot. If ever? Are there recommended exercises?
