Forget breaking, Roadrunner and Wile E. Coyote straight up destroy the laws of physics
  • You'd think he oughta deserve a Emmy award for facing more danger head-on as much as Tom Cat.
  • That Coyote is an inspiration to us all, never give up no matter how much you fail
  • As a child, you think Wile E. Coyote is a big jerk. As an adult, he is sympathetic for embodying the Sisyphusian struggle of living the rat race every day, trying to obtain an unobtainable dream like we all have. He was Ren before Ren and Stimpy. He was Squidward before Spongebob Squarepants.
  • 3:01 that Coyote has terrible luck. You try to cut a hole in the bridge, and the whole bridge falls on you. The laws of gravity doesn't exist for the Road Runner
  • The 4 horsemen of failures: 1. Physics proceed to fail without warning (cartoon logic) 2. Counter trapped 3. The trap works...at the wrong place or time 4. All of the above, sometimes in different orders, or missing one of the three

13:46 I don't know what I like more about this scene: Wile E.'s scream, or the soundbite that accompanies his scream.

I’m glad my father showed me his childhood,so too it became apart of mine... Rest In Peace❤
  • After constant fails of capturing the Road Runner with the ACME Corporation's products, we're getting a movie where Wile E. Coyote hires a lawyer to sue the company that supplies said products. Yes. I am serious.
  • This coyote been trying to catch this road runner for 73 years now I would've quit after the 2nd try😂
  • I enjoy looney tunes and still watch them in my 50s. To me, they will be the best cartoons of all time.

1:23 Your heart weeps for him as you see the look on his face that says, 'Oh no'.
  • Oh dear, Coyote tried to catch the roadrunner to no avail!.He finally succeeded in 1980. Roadrunner was 10 feet tall & Coyote was 1inch tall 😂🤣
  • Remember one thing. We watched this as kids and now we watch this as adults. That proves one thing. You're never too old.

At 7:48 when he drops the grenade, and it just "happens" to find some powerlines, then bounces back up to him and explodes was amusing, but when he drops the grenade pin and it comes up as another grenade? The look on his face was priceless!!! 😂
  • I think every major Looney Tunes character should receive an Emmy for their talents on the nonstop clichés to bring the nonstop laughs of the century 👍

Chuck Jones actually had a list of specific rules for the Wile E coyote cartoons. The road runner cannot harm the coyote except by going beep-beep. No outside force can harm the coyote only his own ineptitude or by acme products. The coyote could stop at any time if he weren’t a fanatic. No dialogue ever, save beep-beep. The road runner must always be on the road. Everything must take place in the characters natural habitat. All materials tools weapons ect must be obtained via the acme corporation. Whenever possible make gravity the coyotes worst enemy. And last but not least, the coyote is always more humiliated than harmed by his failures.

Cartoon physics at its finest…. Doesn’t change the fact that Wile E. Coyote has the worst luck ever.
