Hi Rino - this looks like a great house for the money. Definitely worth doing a street map tour of the town and neighbourhood. Best features for me were the covered terrace by the entrance and the tiles in such good condition. Not sure if the elevated road would be noisy or not? But overall a great house without the need for a renovation budget! Best regards as always
