We get asked about how the guys are handling the heat in the shop. Our clients are the best and often are concerned for the techs working on their vehicles. Many years ago we invested in their well being for the newer younger generation plus our aging technician population. Our older very experienced staff can stay in the game much longer during our 100 degree days and higher humidity weather. They can pass on more information to the incoming group while they work up to retirement. The clients gain is the technicians can concentrate on getting the vehicles serviced quicker and more accurately by not having the sweltering heat as a factor. Just about every shop heats the building, so it just made sense to cool it as well.
