#diy I build a roof rack similar to the more modern racks made from aluminum extrusion. I try to show the highs and the lows of building it. Feel free to comment with any questions, comments or just kind thoughts. Hope this helps someone out there hoping to achieve a similar goal as this.

    Good job, will be looking forward to part 2 - Hand tap is the way to go, especially in aluminum.
