Felu you're the best man, straight to the content, no bs, no trying to be over the top with cringey jokes or anything. You just give the viewers what they expect, thank you <3

People underestimate Skyr. When i was travelling in EU and was on extreme saving mode i used to eat one full pack of skyr with some fruit toppings. It will costs less than 2€ and you will get 55gr of protein with decent amount of carbs and fiber. No-brainer.

  • Honestly idk how people can bate broccoli, its really amazing if you cook it right. Here's a side dish i made that i can share: Ingredients: 100 g broccoli 125 g chicken breasts - cut the chicken breasts into short strips - season them with any seasoning (i used garlic salt and cajun seasoning) - add a teaspoon of oil to the pan and stiry fry those breasts -once chicken breasts are cooked, add broccoli and add a pinch of salt. Serve with rice, noodle, or eat jt alone Total: 302 calories 40 g protein

I mix vanilla or caramel whey protein with cottage cheese and add fruit for a sweet breakfast. With quality whey you can make this up to 50 grams of protein and about 300 calories and it’s really good. Could even make dessert

93% lean ground beef is great too, and is usually cheaper than non-ground beef cuts. Also very versatile
