Once upon a time, a place of lush greenery, the vibrance of life, the chatter of birds, and the enchantment of blooming flowers, had transitioned into an ominous, vacant dwelling. This place, nestled in the depth of the Eastern German countryside, used to throb with love, laughter, and creativity.
The interior, despite the enveloping desolation, bore silent witness to its previous life. The delicate touch of laces, the whimsical allure of fairy-like decor, and an array of animal statues tell tales of a time filled with happiness and prosperity. The place was a testament to an enchanting story that once unfolded within its walls.
The soul of this beautiful home was its flower garden, where Mrs. Annie used to dwell during the sunlit hours. It was her haven, her solace, and her source of joy. The fragrant blossoms and vibrant flowers were her confidants, silently listening to her tales of love and hope.
Parallel to her love for the garden, was her husband, Mr. Otto, his passion woodworking. His skilled hands turned mere planks into beautiful pieces of furniture, adorning their home with tokens of his love and dedication. Each carving, each contour, whispered stories of his devotion and the hours he spent perfecting his craft.
Tragically, for the past three years, the home has been barren of its vibrant occupants. The once-thriving garden now mourns its vibrant blossoms and colors. The wind whispers through the empty rooms, carrying tales of the love, creativity, and warmth that once filled the place.
Now, the only residents are spiders and vermin, creeping in the corners and scurrying through the rooms. They have taken over this once-loving home, oblivious to the stories it held.
Yet, in the eerie silence, the heart of the home, the clock, continued to tick. A constant reminder of the fleeting time and the memories embedded within the walls and floors.
This family, in their years of love and creativity, had painted the doors and walls of their abode. The remnants of these colors, now peeling and fading, speak of their stories. The Christmas tree in the corner, though withered, still sparkles with past celebrations, reminiscing about the joyous laughter and the soft glow of the fairy lights.
Among the relics of the Otto family, stand the portraits of their ancestors. The gazes from the frames are imbued with centuries of wisdom, silently watching over the house they once called home.
This enchanting dwelling, though desolate, still held fragments of the vibrant life it once harbored. Let us now delve deeper into the magical tale of the Otto family. Let us explore the echoes of their love and the remnants of their life. Let's unravel the mystery of why no one ever returned after Mrs. Annie departed from this world. Why this charming home was left untouched, preserved in the passage of time, awaiting the day when it would once again burst with life and love.

It's like a hoarders house with all those curtains, ornaments & dolls. It's so busy, you don't know where to settle your eyes. My auntie in Vienna, Austria has the exact same fireplace in her living room as that light brown one upstairs in the bedroom, so they must be a Germanic Europian thing/style. Greetings from Manchester in the uk 🇬🇧 Love your video's ❤ What you do is amazing. You are so respectful, too. Especially compared to other explorers. I find your voice very soothing, too. Could listen to you all day 😅 Thankyou for all your hard work & dedication xx

Maureno, I definitely have to say that you stepped into it with this explore. You'll never find another place quite like it. On the one hand, I'd have to say it's absolutely captivating. "Little girl's fantasy dream" is the perfect description here. You just can't stop looking. On the other hand, my practical side says it would be a nightmare to clean. Could I live in a home like that? Probably not. I could easily if the drapes etc. were contained to one or two rooms. But the whole house? I don't think I could manage it. Did anyone else notice she even upholstered the ceiling with white satin, and lined the seams with pink satin ribbon? I can't imagine the work that was invested in this place. Just wow! This is beyond a labor of love on her part. Definitely an unforgettable experience.
  • Wow.. Mr Otto must have loved his wife Mrs Annie very much to let him turn their home into a little girl's pink fairy Palace and decorating it like a giant doll's house. I don't normally think about it, but this is a timely reminder that I need to make a will so this doesn't happen to my home should I die suddenly!
  • It probably got run down due to their age and not being able to properly care for it. Probably didn’t have much help in the later years so the home suffered. Bless their hearts you can tell they filled it with love. ❤
  • @Velvetwings9
I can’t believe this place! It is so unique and magical! Really one of a kind! It is soo interesting that there are these pastel, satin drapes covering the rooms’ walls too, not just the windows. This really makes this house feel so cozy and fairy tale-like. ❤
  • @MissPresley69
Wow, this is definitely one of the most unique interior designs I've ever seen, they must have been a very special couple or family. I also imagine cleaning this place, must be a nightmare 😁 Thanks for another great documentation ❣️😘❣️
  • Woes. Somewhere along the line she lost her childhood and otto loved her so much he gave her free rein to decorate as she liked. They probably stoped caring for a lot of the home as they grew older. Sad but true. I am 72 now and there’s a lot I can’t do anymore but fortunately I have grandchildren that help me. I saw no signs of them having children. A few photos of children mean nothing. I hope the home and its contents don’t decay completely before they totally are ruined. I love how u respect the homes u visit and the former occupants. God bless and stay safe.
  • Hola Explomo!
  • Oh my goodness, Oh my goodness I so relate to her, the colors, the décor I collect teddy bears and stray cats. I'm almost 75. Me her have never grown up. Fairy's live here. I need that beautiful home. 🧚‍♀🧚‍♀🧚‍♀🧚‍♀💖💖💖💖
  • This is a beautiful home,it is very sad to see everything just wasting away, the bike is from the war, seems like she had a sad life, but when she was free she slipped into her own world of everything she missed in life,it is a shame the family is not taking care of the home, thank you for sharing the video.
  • Hi Maureno, she definitely had a wild imagination, she loved living her fantasy. What I find strange is that they have millions of photos of them outside hanging inside but have no photos of them inside hanging anywhere. The house appears to have started to fall into disrepair while they were still alive, it looks rather large for two older people to maintain. This was definitely an odd one, but a great find. Thanks for sharing it. Love from N.Y.
  • @MKWhitney
It's like the whole place is a little girl's bedroom fantasy. He let her live her dreams, which she painstakingly created. Such a sweet place.
  • @mslevi7
WOW ‼️JUST WOW‼️ IT'S LIKE A HUGE CURTAIN PLAYHOUSE 😮 THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR TAKING US THROUGH THIS ONE OF A KIND FINDS !!
  • Ребята, вы исследователи Времени. Уходят люди, умирают их дома, и гибнут сады. Но вы оживляете истории тех, кто здесь жил, и дома наполняются призраками прошлого....Спасибо за очередную историю минувшей жизни...
  • The house is so unique. From the outside it looks like a farm in Switzerland, that's actually true. In southern Germany there are also many such houses of this architecture. Unfortunately, some things are said to have been stolen from this house and you have to be careful. Another Urbexer caught the thieves and alerted the police. This abandoned farm is no longer completely unknown and unfortunately there are also criminals who take advantage of it. It looks like there used to be a carpenter's workshop. I now have my theory as to why she collected so much. You have to think about when she was born. Either shortly before or during World War II. I think she felt cheated of her childhood and may have experienced something that left her life traumatized, like so many people who spent their childhoods in war. And that's why she created her "dream castle" to make her life worth living. It's just my opinion. But through my family I have also experienced many people who had a rupture in their soul as a result of these experiences. By the way, the device next to the Pfaff sewing machine is a hot mangle. This is used to flatten large items of laundry, such as bed linen, tablecloths, etc. My grandmother had something like that too.
  • The Immucalate Heart of Mary!Just wonderful how respectful you are and how you make the former inhabitants seem to come alive!
  • @d.parisi
Wow! Another great explore! Like you said, it's.a one of kind place. I think the husband loved taking picures his wife and the garden. So odd that there aren't any photos of children or grand children on the walls. Very mysterious. Thank for sharing this story with us.
  • @larisal.7498
Да, любопытное местечко! Прямо таки кукольный рай Барби и Кэна. А сад, был раем тут! И его, действительно хозяева очень любили! Молодцы ребята! Интересный фильм у вас получился!
  • @srevero1
Your narrative made me so emotional and sad. A very special, enchanting home and such a loving couple.
