Have you heard about the proposed settlement by the National Association of Realtors??? We have surveyed several of our past and present clients and we discovered that most had not heard anything about the settlement and that those who have heard weren't really sure what they knew about it. We have been listening to podcasts, morning shows, social media, and multiple "news" sources and it has become very apparent that there is a significant amount of incomplete information out there. In this longer than we would prefer video we do our best to share the primary events that led up to the settlement and the resulting details of the settlement.
