    Great video - I'm kind of a nerd when it comes to fitness so I'm pretty good at distinguishing truth from myth... putting that into practice, especially with resistance training however, can be a challenge. One of my favorite myth buster facts is that "researchers showed that during weight loss, 84 percent of the fat that is lost turns into carbon dioxide and leaves the body through the lungs, whereas the remaining 16 percent becomes water, according to the study published today (Dec. 16) in a special Christmas issue of the medical journal BMJ."

    I think the static vs dynamic stretching us spot on..Thru trial and error, I eventually found that static stretching did me no good when done the same day as the workout......The night before tho was money👍🏾

    Myth busters! I definitely have learned over the years through many experiences, these myths can set you back years, if you believe in them.

    As to myth one, increasing the temperature of the environment you are exercising in increases the difficulty of the training session without increasing the strain on your body. Its a good way to increase training intensity without increasing risk of injury. Its akin to training at altitude.

    Is resetting your metabolism with a cheat meal a thing? What about jump starting your metabolism with eating certain foods? I've always just thought your metabolism was your metabolism and there isn't much to be done to adjust it one way or another.
