DIRECTIONS (for all recipes):
► STEP 1: Prep & mix ingredients (dry & wet ingredients separately, then together in a bowl).
► STEP 2: Evenly distribute batter into a greased 6-cup muffin tin.
► STEP 3: Bake in oven at 350F / 177C for 25 mins, or air fryer at 330F / 165C for 12-15 mins. All ovens & air fryers are different, so cooking times may vary.
► STORAGE: Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw & reheat in microwave or oven/air fryer.

► Unsweetened almond milk (3/4 cup, 177 ml)

► Maple syrup (2 tbsp, 30 ml)
► Vanilla extract (1/2 tsp, 2.5 ml)

Use this base recipe as the foundation to combine with other ingredients to create different flavours.
