Him getting killed in a scenario totally unrelated and far away from all beef he had in Chicago was the universe at work, which is why their gun jammed and more friends on Von’s side got shot and killed in the same scenario and guys on the opposite side are still alive; and it all happened where the world could see it

Look up the laws in Atlanta. It's stand your ground law out there. Even against a threat. That's why the charges were dropped.

They dropped the charges because the South value self defense and stand your ground. Also Von had a murder case in Atlanta so the police and prosecutor wasn't going to push that charge on Lul Tim. Those liberal states sucks when it comes to gun rights.
