I have had the question asked recently about which logos I prefer, so why not discuss it in a video?

As a native Pittsburgher, we all loved it when the Pens went back to the marigold. It reunified the colors of all three of our pro teams
  • I really wish the Kings went back to the crown logo and added purple back to the jersey. I loved that odd shade of purple and black combo. Purple needs to appear in the league again.

One of my favorite things about hockey is the original six logos mostly staying the same throughout history. Such a great thing for the sport. Also I think the current jets logo along with their sound and lighting affects in their barn during a game is really cool.

Hartford Whalers is also my favorite all time logo. Not just hockey, not just sports, my favorite logo period

Although harder to find, I’d like to see a review of the shoulder patches too

capitals should go back to screaming eagle jersey and logo, the bland capitals logo is outdated anymore. screaming eagle just makes sense

The Kraken color scheme is gorgeous, the Ice Blue accent and few hints of red are great. Especially the red eye of the logo!

I grew up in Arizona and was in my teens when the Coyotes came to the state. Their original/current logo is far superior to the howling head. The return to the classic uniforms is also extremely welcome.

I agree on the W eagle for Washington should be their primary logo, it's a great design with a really really great use of negative space to outline the capital building and define the shape of the W

I'm always going to go with the original six logos, but you have to admit, the Wild logo and both Sharks logos are really just some of the most amazing logos in all of sports.

Buffalo is in an insane situation where both the original logo and the goathead are seemingly equally loved. That’s not supposed to happen, but the goathead logo, shoulder patches, font and color scheme just friggin worked. Might be the most intimidating sweaters out there, players always felt like they were more aggressive and truth be told… their best years were in black and red; 4 conference finals and a finals in just 9 years?!?!?!

Im not a Blue Jackets fan but I am a fan of Arsenal in the EPL and think a canon as a logo can look incredibly slick. I hope the Jackets try for similar.
  • Imo, probably biased as a Hawks fan my entire life, but the Blackhawks logo is one of the best in sports
  • I am hoping Capitals will bring back their first reverse retro eagle with that uniform as their new regular. As for logos, my favorite logo of all-time is the Canuck skate they wore from 89-92 in those colors. Otherwise, the Bruins, Blues, Avalanche and Sharks are sporting the best logos in the league. Not counting the original 6.

Fun video! Favorite is definitely the Whalers logo. Found myself humming "Brass Bonanza"..

You nailed it on the Sens 3D logo. The black and gold jersey from the early 2000's is so clean 👌

I've been a Buffalo fans since the early 90's, so I've seen the whole evolution of the branding there. I loved the black and red goathead logo because there were a lot of good memories during those years, but when I started seeing renderings online of the goathead in the traditional blue and gold, that was always a winner in my eyes. Glad to see they did something like this in the reverse retro this season, but there's too much white on that jersey.
  • Technically the Ballard era Leafs logo did grace a jersey again, just in the form of a modified version of it as the Borje Salming patch. Only looking at it after watching this video did I realize it's the 67 logo without the text and with a crown. Which I think looks very sharp, I don't know why they took the patches off. It should've stayed all season imo.
