    "Why Doors Retro Mode Is REVOLUTIONARY" is the kind of HiddenLevel video that I would set my expectations relatively low but this video is genuinely promising. Aside from being the first Doors video since almost a year ago, this video has so much going for it. The video starts with a brief explanation of April Fools Day and how Roblox games celebrate it. Here he says it's celebrated by playing pranks and every Roblox game updates because of it. Now this gets right into the topic of the video. It explains everything at the very start. No arbitrary jokes, no quick and confusing explanations. Just a simple description which is what makes it such a good one. It feels like such a HiddenLevel thing to screw up this intro by just saying "It's like Doors but bad" but he didn't and because of that, I was immediately impressed and hooked by the first 12 seconds. Hiddens overall experience of the whole update is also very amusing. The speeding wall segment was pretty fun. One thing I started to notice was that there were a lot fewer spoken jokes and more edited jokes. This might be an intentional change by Hidden but he should make more spoken jokes in my opinion. One last thing I especially loved was the Drakobloxxers and the mystery surrounding them. The part where he tried to outrun them for 30 seconds was drastic and extreme. During this part I was rooting for Hidden to outrun them for a bit longer but alas. And now to the lore with them. Most YouTubers would just do nothing about finding out about them. Hell, barely anyone was curious enough to look into them so Hidden essentially did a favour for all of us just by adding this part in because he was curious. I doubt this was intentional but still, cheers to Hidden. This video is like an A-. It was a pretty good video but the middle parts just weren't that engaging. Just putting it out there but the start and the end are hard carrying.
