This song will pick u up no matter what you're going through . Rough day at work, divorce, rehab, Coronavirus, etc . It was 1 of my go-to songs when I had depression . I'd cop an attitude, like Mystikal in the video, while chanting the lyrics . Sometimes it was all I had to help me through the rough patches, but I'm one of the lucky few that made it .
