    I have always been a fan of this incredible actor Gena Rowlands ! I remember first seeing her on Kraft Theater and was hypnotized by her beauty and talent ! 😢

    Unpopular opinion, but she didn't strike me as playing Allie very accurately. She was a great actress in the movie, but her character's personality was vastly different than her younger version. Maybe I just know nothing about the disease, but as far as the characters, they didn't match up. She didn't convince me she was Allie. that's just my opinion.
