Honestly SM idols have always thanked their staff for a reason. I do think their managers and stylist and other staff treat the idols well. It's more like SM management that's the issue. I'm glad they have fun on the side. Edit: except poor NCT :(

SM actually have a scientific way of choosing their idols so you have to fit a certain 'look' to be chosen by SM as a member and visual. That's why their artists look a bit similar when it comes to looks
