When it comes to body odour its all bout your diet. Change your diet, reduce sugar and meat. More water, leafy greens and natural sugar, ->fruits. Exercise as well to release toxins. Some people sweat excessively because of anxiety and stress. Whatever that is causing that to happen, eliminate that person, place or thing. Worked for me. Awesome tips Andrea!

My favorite kind of deodorant is the one made of the blood of the people who said I stinked out loud

Commercial deodorants never seem to work on me and only causes my skin to become darker, leaves a sticky feeling, doesn't always get rid of the smell AND leaves stains. That's why I only use coconut oil and baking soda now and NEVER HAVE I EVER had a moment where I smelled bad or smelled like anything at all, it was amazing! And I think it kinda lessens the sweat too. But I don't mix it like how she did with the cornstarch. I just swipe the coconut oil first then dab the baking soda on top. I feel like rubbing the baking soda even mixed with the coconut oil will just be too harsh on my skin and darken it. I hope this helps whoever is struggling with looking for the right deodorant for y'all

Hand sanitizer works really well if you need it in a pinch if you smell under your arms. Most girls have hand sanitizer in their bags!

If you have an hour or two to put a shirt in the freezer, I think you can do that load of laundry
