  • This is a really fantastic retrospect. I loved the toys as a kid and was always perplexed that they didn't make a Medusa toy! Other companies have attempted to fill it in over the years. Thanks! Great review!
  • Yeah i give it a watch. Hope your channel explodes i love history and toy.

This Line was new when I was 2, so Star Wars were the first toys I remember, much to my older Brother's horror...

Great Video! Just letting everyone know 1981 Clash of the Titans is on YouTube Movies for Free!! I'll probably go watch it after this. Really miss those movies. I always thought it was older than just "81. Kinda the last of that old era of movies.

It took years to track down, but I was able to buy a second hand Charon, Perseus and the soldier. I discovered that Dollar tree sold a rubber Pegasus in almost the same scale, which is easily repaintable. I've seen a few Calbos for sale, but they were all missing the tail and they were sold fast. Also, I watched this movie decades ago and still watch it from time to time, and after many trials and errors I've made life size "Owlets" based on Bubo the Owl. I used both Bluetooth receivers and talking greeting card modules to make them " Talk" . I'm seriously thinking about using them in a video I have an idea for.

I will admit to my heist to see this movie!!.I had read and seen pics of this movie before it came out in Famous Monster (or Fangoria?)...being a Harryhausen fan since birth...I would move the Earth itself to watch this epic!!!! I knew we wouldn't see it...being from a poor family. So when it came out...I stole the coin from my neighbor...who was quite an assh$le and kicked my dog ...jumped on my Huffy Pro Thunder...pedaled 20 miles to the nearest Showcase cinema behind my families back...and watched that beloved movie!!!! I was a sneaky 11 yr old...did what I had to do sometimes!!And after being blown away by that movie...I never felt 1 ounce of guilt or regret for cuffin a couple bucks off that assh%le neighbor!!Ahhh memories!!Never owned any of the toys but my friend had that Kraken!! If I was 1 more ounce of evil...I would've cuffed it from him....but we were buds and respected that! Thanks for the trip down memory lane which earns a sub!!!
