Watch our walkthrough of John's Pass Village and Boardwalk on a bright, warm 78-degree day. We travel along the Madeira Beach Location and see many local Landmarks along the way. We start with Delosas Pizza, a New York style pizza restaurant that has been serving guests since 1983. After this, we find Mad Beach Brewing. Here, brewers Matthew Powers and Alex Garcia, work closely with Chef Tyson Williams to create unique combinations of food and libations. Then, we head downstairs to the aptly named Overhead Surf Shop. This location is bound to have all of the surf style-wear you could need. From here we find locations such as Hooters Rooftop, Caddy's on the Pass, Hubbards Marina, and more!

A History: John's Pass is just that, a pass of water between two bodies of land. The Pass is named after the pirate John Levique made the first voyage to the gulf after the hurricane of 1868. Legend has it, that John and his crew buried treasure on what once was the barrier island connecting modern-day Madeira Beach and Treasure Island. They returned years later, only to find a new pass of water.
