  • This doctor did NOT forget WHY he became a doctor. He didn't give up. Bless your soul. 💜

I did a little research: there were six other children in the Praesto Fjord accident who did not go into circulatory arrest; there were two teachers, one of whom drowned. The accident occurred in February; the kids were students at a "continuation high school." Kids at that school were allegedly pushed to perform difficult endeavors. The boat was a "dragon boat." It overturned in high winds. Nobody on board had a radio to call for help. The school was fined heavily, and its headmaster punished. At least initially, one of the revived students did apparently suffer some lasting neurological damage. Not sure what the long-term outcome was for that student.
  • I’m from Denmark, but now live in Canada, and I had never heard this story! That’s so astounding that they managed to ring them back to life! What brave brave kids, and the medical team that saved them !
  • Incredible! God bless all of them! Glad that they are all alive! And thank you to the doctors who saved them!

I'm glad the rescuers didn't give up. Obviously, there's a lot more to this story. I'm sure that at least some of those involved must consider it a miracle. Arguably, they're right.
  • Wow finally a Doctor that’s not doing it for tictok or the money he just did it because it was his job to care and bring those kids back ! Makes me really happy to see that there’s still adults that act this way and that it wasn’t about him looking like some hero because he didn’t need to say it he knew this wasn’t about him but his silence spoke volumes about who he is as a person. G-D bless those kid and that Dr. Thankyou

As cold as it was who's bright idea was it to go on a boat outing.
  • It's cases like this that initiated cold therapy that they used for my newborn in April to minimize neurological damage due to his need for resuscitation at delivery.

My dad used to be an EMT. He always said you're not dead until you're warm and dead.
  • I was dead for 10 minutes, but not in such low temperatures. Coming back from the dead gives your life a meaning. It makes you wonder why did i survive? I must have survived for a reason. Then you must live up to that notion. You must give your life a special meaning, out of the ordinary. Out of this world. Coming back from the dead is a life long burden. Sometimes i wonder if i am immortal/ protected by something out of this world. I survived too many times, too extreme a peril.

So smart. Amazing doctor. And very intuitive too, to be able to case conceptualize so quickly so fast but gentle enough to ensure they come back alive without too many damages. Profound!👌
  • I subscribed, God Bless all the doctors who help revived the children. I pray for the children to have a normal life after this horrific ordeal. May God shower them with abundant Blessings!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
