Absolutely killer! You have great knowledge of pedals and settings. I consider myself a novice in this area and would really love you to perhaps do a video of how to obtain John's sound on a budget, I cannot justify spending so much on pedals just yet :P (Apologies if this has already been done by you).

Hello. What do you think of the MXR Super Badass Variac Fuzz? In which position does it react best with the pedals used by Frusciante (Ds2, Sd1, Fuzz rite, Muff, Wh-10 and micro amp)?

How do you figure out which effects and pedals to use so fast!? It's insane. I mean I hear that something is going on in the verse and also in the intro, but I would've never guessed that I should both a reverb and a delay on in the verse and use a vibrato for the intro. Thanks a lot!

john said he started using his treble on 3... not sure what amp... when i finally figured out what presence does, i figured out how he can cut his treble yet still have a super trebley tone... that presence is up!
