In the 2016 season, the Raiders played Buccaneers in a game that featured 23 penalties for Oakland. Not only was 23 penalties a team record, but it was also the NFL record for most penalties by a single team in a game.

I'm a Cowboys fan. Don't watch a lot of Raiders games. But I just looked up most penalized teams, and over the last 50 years, the Raiders lead the NFL 90% of the seasons! That shows nfl bias to me!
