What do you guys think about the balance changes brought by the Naval update? In my opinion, three star roads and lumber huts needed to happen, but a lot of weak tribes like Hoodrick and Oumaji are inadvertently hurt as a by-product. How would you buff these weaker tribes?
-
I reckon this update nerfed Yadakk from an S-tier tribe to a B- or C-tier tribe overnight. I think a good compromise would be to let tribes construct roads for 2 stars inside their borders, but have it cost 3 stars outside their borders.
-
The bots are the worst. Now when you get close to sieging a city, they decide to build a cloak and give it to you. They build catapults and don't move them off the city, making it easy to take.
-
Play Yadakk now to get the full effect of the road costs. I have played a lot and Yadakk isn't that bad of a tribe but spawns are too much of a factor for them now
-
You should consider making a new updated tribe tier list video relavent to the new meta, i for one would be really interested to hear your thoughts :)
-
roads should be 2 stars when placed next to the capital for all tribes but especially yaddak
-
"is the update broken?" Proceeds to play the most tactically complex bardur game ever. Probably should've shown a cymanti matchup
-
The direction is good and roads and lumberhuds def needed to be nerfed. It also keeps stuff fresh, BUT there needs to be balance and tribes like yaddak needs something to compensate

One issue I've encountered with this update - maybe others have too. I was playing a game that ended in an absolute stalemate. My opponent and I had a parallel line of gunships, just out of range of each other. No matter what we tried to do, our assaulting troops would be immediately killed. Even if we managed to destroy some of the other's ships, we both had enough resources that they were immediately replaced. Cloaks were of no use, because the bandits, too, were immediately destroyed.

New GullYY video, let's go!

What do you think about The Ai-Mo for this meta, rushing Philosophy?

Love your videos, and very human to see, that also the profi forgets sometimes the giant in his capital (or is it a deeper strategy ? 🤔😉) 10:53

I think that at this point, Kickoo or Imperius is now the best tribe. Kickoo has a superior upgrade path to Imperius though, so I would chose Kickoo.

Love these multiplayer videos hope you make more videos like this

Id like to see more advanced, competitive poly guides about strategy, maybe even a 2v2 format. Are you planning on touching that at some point?

7:50 You might've seen this when editing but you could have freed both cities. 1 archer hits each swordsman. Then in the west, the warrior in your city kills the 5 hp warrior to let the rider through to hit the swordsman, and other 2 units finish the job. In the east with the help of the archer's initial hit, the other units can break siege too!

Epic video! However, the fact that the opponent was also playing Bardur makes it harder to feel the nerf...

"What a time to be alive" was that a Two Minute Papers reference?!?

I was a BIG fan of Aquarion; they were a beast, especially the tridents. But yeah, this update made them super hard to use. Instead of having great movement on land with roads, they always move one tile. Of course they can move better with water, but man. It just killed it for me. I can't use them because they are just so slow, and their HP is a lot lower now. They went from 15 starting to 10. Because you cant move them more than 1 tile at a time, and their low HP they easily get wiped out by a knight.

At first i thought it did but now im cool with it, love the addition of bridges, id love for the capitals to be a little more meaningful. Economy, emotions, religions so and so
