My parents gave me a weighted blanket for my birthday last year. EVERY night since then, I sleep on a memory foam mattress pad, while wrapped in my blanket. I sleep BEAUTIFULLY.

I’ve had my weighted blanket for over a year now and I love it. I have anxiety and trouble sleeping and it definitely helps. It kind of sucks in the summer though

I'm a believer. Ive been an insomniac for almost 35 years. I tried a weighted blanket last week and it changed my life. Ive been sleeping through the night and waking up refreshed before my alarm goes off. Like you, I have also stop taking melatonin.

My mom bought me a weighted blanket because she slept over my house and found me up at 2am crying. I just started to use it last night I did ok now that I saw your video I will keep using it . You have giving me hope that I can overcome my anxiety and get some rest
