Loved the film and the timing. I am a Periscope Patreon helping preserve this kind of content. And I donated to this worthy cause as we have been to Hawaii and the pictures of Lahaina before the fire were heartbreaking.

This is a lovely tribute. I hope it aids fundraising and relief efforts. The only good to come from natural disasters is how, in the face of such adversity, all peoples of the world have a way of coming together and assisting each other.

Thank you Periscope for preserving a film showing the Hawaii most people haven't seen. Prayers 🙏 for all in Lahaina and other wildfire affected areas. From recent news reports (August 17, 2023), sparks from an electrical power line started the Lahaina fire. Hawaii has unfortunately dealt with the same drought conditions many other places have worldwide. 😢

Thank you so much for uploading this video and doing this fundraiser for the people of Lahaina. Sad to know that the Baldwin House was burned to the ground but hopefully the Banyan Tree can be saved. My heart goes out to all affected by the fire.
