  • OMG! That very same thing happened for me. I was a vegetarian for most of my life, but when I began receiving extraterrestrial contact and channeling my body required meat. I have found that I still need to eat some meat, fish and eggs to ground myself, especially after hours or days of receiving communication with the higher realms. Thank you!

  • My body has been telling me more and more what to eat, what not to eat. No dairy (years ago, except for yogurt), no meat (really recent), no grains or only ancient and organic grains... increased organic fruits and vegetables, increased herbs, using mushrooms and aschwanda etc to make teas (just this week), using herbs and foods in a preventative manner and to treat illness. I'm eating less and lighter food.
  • I am so grateful to hear this message about foods. Foods best for the soul based on its origin. I wish I had this info sooner. I have read many comments that stated how vegan/raw plant diet actually harmed their bodies and health. I agree. Veganism definitely didn't make me feel happier nor did it help me stay healthier. You have to eat what makes you feel good and balanced and healthy. Thank you for this insight.
  • OMG I really resonate with the choice of food that Eluna says. My childhood was unstable and chaotic, and sometimes lack of food, so when I grow up I eat lots of meat, and I could eat more than a normal woman😅 But in these years as I am growing spiritually, I enjoy more vegetables. Now 80% of my days are vegetarian diet. And in some occasions I could take on a complete vegetarian diet for 7 weeks and still feel OK. Thanks Eluna for clarification.🙏🏻💖
  • What I have noticed for myself as an angel chantress and energy alchemist is that my body will naturally crave a lot of protein before I am even aware that I will be shifting an incredible amount of energy for the collective. ❤❤

    The moment i became concious of food choices,i became vegan overnight. That was 11 years ago, i remember the first 3 days. Oh my, a lot of traped energy and emotions went out. Felt like a fever. It cleaned me so much. Now im mostly raw vegan and this feels the best for my energy. If i feel like i need more grounding, I mainly go for oats (oats reaaalyy help me) rice, potatoes

    This is super helpful! It makes sense on so many levels! I was a vegetarian for 5 years & gluten free for 7. When I chose to stop eating meat it was a time I needed to drop some physical & spiritual baggage. When I suddenly felt the urge to eat meat again I was travelling out of a backpack for about three years… all of the sudden I was craving meat like crazy! I couldn’t eat enough nuts, seeds, greens… It was wild. Introducing wild caught fish helped a lot and seafood was abundant in most of Central and South America. But I still craved meat. I am still eating meat now, but the meat we eat we raise. It is by far the best meat I’ve ever had in my life. And we pour ourselves into these animals. The primitive skill of being able to feed ourselves feels like a necessity. But I will say, with the garden exploding with fruit and veg, I am most satisfied with a hearty salad with a small portion of meat. Question 🙋‍♀️: Do your guides have anything to say about primal skills like growing and raising our own food? Do they think we will come to a point where that is important?     I desperately need meat. I almost never can eat enough. I wasnt allowed to eat much as a kid do to costs. Then i had a lot of nerve damage. I always felt outside of my body. It makes sense why i crave meat as for the first time i can use it to ground into my earthly self! I noticed i feel very unsafe if i go out into public without eating animal products first! Great content again!!
  • I am on a self paced breatharian journey now.....I was a vegan for 15 yrs, my bile has decreased......appearantly keto, low glycemic food is the best for my body, eating raw everything I can, but mentally I am vegan. .and breatharian, drinking some liquid......20hrs out of 24hrs, I don't eat, and I am good, balanced......I constantly work on myself, so diet is a part of it, I do yoga, qigong, earthing, meditation, cycling, nature walking etc...also I adjust my diet, exercises etc to the seasons, simply by listening to my body....😊

    Your personal journey, as well as the channeling from the Pleiadian guides was so very helpful. I will listen to it again. I had a similar experience of no choice of the foods I ate in my childhood, although I grew up on a farm and during the summer, I had a lot of wild fruits that I could just go out into the woods and pick. I truly appreciate this channeling and your love and support shining through. 🙏

    I've struggled with dietary my whole life. Being fed "meat n potatoes " growing up in rural MN (USA), and always having stomach issues, and still as an adult. When working with a Shaman, they said I have issues with food because "Earth food is not meant for you because you're not from here". They left it at that, *sigh. Currently my body has started regurgitating foods and supps/meds, that it doesn't want. I'm left with a very limited diet, but I'm feeling better. I'm still working on finding joy in my meals. Citrus drains my energy in seconds. I wonder more about the food connections with blood type. I've done the whole eat right for your type diet (thousands of $$ into it), and accomplished nothing. So I'm glad to hear this video on foods! Thank you!

    Very helpful message, first time I hear about this subject with so much detail. I have been experiencing sensations towards certain foods every time I finish eating and slowly been making adjustments, this tells me I’m listening correctly 😊🙏❤
