Flairs house is looking great, i love watching the progress amd cant wait to see it completed! Awesome videos Brad!
  • Nice work on the little box, Eugeno ! Custom pieces are what make the job look professional. 👍
  • Love seeing the finishing stages come together. I’m currently a graduating senior studying at Boston University and am going to work as a PE for Walsh Construction in June. I definitely have aspirations of becoming a custom home builder later on in my career and appreciate the knowledge you share on the industry through these videos. Keep up the good work!
  • Eugeneo is the best! Such a hard worker and always smiling! As a wise man once said "Take a picture" 😂

So grateful to help with a little donation to help out someone that more then helped us! I’m fighting cancer myself I know how down things can be! Hopefully we can get this great man home and enjoy his life again! ❤ stay strong brother! Brad you are a great guy also thank you for the videos!
  • I love brad and the uptempo beat he always Carries. I feel like he’s extremely knowledgeable in his industry and also a rouge hand Grenade at the same time, and I’m 100% always here for it!!

Thanks for showcasing the painting again! William picked a very good primer for the project with that Loxon. Because of the leaking water in the gun safe room, I would do a moisture test before painting (tape plastic on the concrete wall and leave over night. If there is condensation under the plastic, I would find the "root cause" of that before painting). Also, the epoxy, water based finish coat is another great choice to protect the walls from all of the scrapes and damage from the kiddos playing down there as well as keeping moisture out. Really impressed with your painter so far!

I use to be a lead installer. Those boys are doing good ! Only think I saw that bothered me was the island with the seam. But if your saving money in materiel. Obviously throw a seam in it. But again. I don’t know the situation. Beautiful build

Looking awesome. It takes a ton of coordinating and facilitating for all of it to come together. That's where you shine sir.
  • Nice work Nice to see YouTube channel that gives updates on new flair house and other building related stuff
  • @SacredHeart0520
Our absolutley correct about builders needing to be ready you seem to run a tight jobsite . Cool
  • Love the hidden door concept but for a book shelf that you don’t want people to know what’s behind it , they should have had the book shelf come out at least a 1 ft .
  • I am starting to enjoy your style of show where you build something and demolish it. I hope you make enough from YouTube to cover the effort to document it all. Good job.
  • Hey Brad, I hope you're doing well 👍. Things are getting tightened up and your almost there Whoo Hoo 🎉. Kudos to you Brad for being a great organizer Home Builder 🤗. With Eugino by your side you're sharp shooters! JO JO IN VT 💞
  • It's exciting to see everything come together. I hope you cover more on the greenhouse, too, because I'm looking to build one myself. I like that I can see more of the subject. There's a good balance of Brad and what Brad is talking about now. 👍

Try making a go fund me for Collin in your next video. People like seeing the number grow and it makes it more exciting to donate for some people. Just a idea but I feel like it would definitely work.

Guy working on the gun safe door must come at a pretty penny. He did an amazing job. Good quality comes with a price.

We need to get Brad to 100 thousand viewers
