This is the history that needs to be taught in schools especially in the Caribbean. I grew up learning about Christopher Columbus, and his three ships full of criminals that discovered the world. Information like this gives young black kids Positive self-esteem and positive leadership skills. Building on self esteem is very important for young people. Thank you.

There’s a lot of history that has been hidden from us not just black history. It amazes me how it’s still not taught in schools today when we all actually know the history we were taught wasn’t right at all.
