Semi vs Street Light Hit & Run

Was driving and saw a semi take a turn down a residential street too tight and munched the stoplight. I turned around because in my rear view mirror, it looked like he was driving away after he backed up and corrected so he could make the turn.
Anyway, I didn't want my tax dollars going towards his mistake so I called the cops and told them he was driving down such and such street. They asked me to upload my dashcam footage which is this video. I got a call from the officer that stopped him and he said he can't understand how the driver was able to hold onto his CDL. He said he had a list of citations/violations a mile long.
