I can't state enough how much I appreciate that you are so honest about how you're doing in these vlogs. It's a welcome reminder that it's not realistic for every day to be perfect and it is OKAY for not every day to be good and perfect. As someone who lives with depression and anxiety, your vlogs remind me that I have to take things one day at a time and take a second to let go of what I can't control. It really means the world to hear someone I look up to be open and honest about mental health, especially when I understand and know all too well so many of the things you talk about.
