I can finally share this great news! We bought a Home for our babygirl and also it is our 1st investment property. I am so thrilled to show and share with you! I was The Realtor, mom, coach, buyer and seller! I am so happy closing day is here and over.
We bought a 1bd/with a loft as a starter home for Jordan. We will use this in the future as a potential Rental and keep it in the family.
I am always talking about building generational wealth. As someone who was nowhere in this postion when I was my daughters age, I am so grateful to be able to put her in a better life position for her future and beyond.
I am so grateful to be able to share this moment with my subbies and show that it CAN be done.

Congrats to Jordan and you guys. As someone who was a single mom to a little girl at one point also she's 25, well done Carlotta. I know from experience as a young mom that we want so much for our kids and ourselves and it's beautiful to watch the blessings from the Lord and see that our sacrifices and tears have been more than worth it. It's beautiful to see you and the hubs doing it as a unit and creating generational wealth for your family, dreams do come true so we always have to remember no matter what to dream big. Again congrats to you guys as parents this is beautiful to witness.

Carlotta is a great realtor because she keeps it 💯 with you at all times. She wasn’t my realtor but I went to her for most of my questions. 😂😂 I’ll never forget me telling her I was scared to apply for a home 😂😂 Just do it *****. How exciting and congratulations. Does the builder allow to purchase strictly as investment? Or do they require owner occupancy for the first year to two? We were looking at the tiny ones in Princeton about a year ago and the salesperson in the office was kind of rude and told us you cant invest unless you paid all cash.
