but as from the start if 2021 I have started my binge on Coldplay's albums
and i really loved X&Y
Talk is one of my personal favs
it dawned on me that, there was a demo/beta version of Talk with a different set of lyrics and tone
I've seen many attempts combining the beta and final versions of Talk but it never really impressed me
so this has been a project i been wanting to release for a long time now where i put my own spin on the 2 version to where there's a definitive way to experience the song
so here it's MY Definitive Version of Talk

this is a brilliant combination of both the demo and the original track. personally I've always preferred the demo version but i do also like the actual version that got released, this combines both parts and it actually sounds really good, i think an extended version of this song would've done good on one of its many single versions. The band themselves were never fully settled with the song and have gone on multiple times about they felt it was almost unfinished, this definitely bridges the gap in my case. (also the added visuals are like top notch going from the white to navy and finally red). I'd also suggest if you haven't already checking out the live 2008 tour version of this song its incredible.

Why would you experience it any other way. While I am not a massive coldplay fan, I do like a lot of their tunes, and Talk is a very nice tune. After listening to this, the original, and the beta, I really like this combo and feel it to be a interesting experience, which feels like a coherent whole. Great work as usual, hope you have a nice day, and try not to falter in these trying times.
