So it turns out this does NOT work on Jiyan. Thank you to those in the comments who pointed it out! I double checked, and I also went and tested everyone else. Besides Jiyan, every other character ALL have Dodge Counter iframes. Maybe the dev's themselves forgot to add this in for Jiyan because they didn't think players would be dodging with him.

That is the reason WHY!! I have a short video when I did a perfect dodge with verina but died at Mephis. You can hear the perfect dodge trigger but its not enough iframe time !!! Great video
