This shoulder workout is built for making maximum muscle gains. Forming the shoulders in the workout making sure all the belts are evenly matched will be the main focus of this workout while making sure to get quality reps throughout each repetition. You should be doing 3-4 sets for each exercise even if they are not shown in the video. Be sure to use moderate to heavy weight while keeping control through each repetition.
