Moose Fight Injuries Can Be Life or Death For a Moose
Good morning moose fans! We are pretty impressed with the way many of you have latched onto these “one timers”. The response has been a ton of fun. We think it’s cool to share these guys rather than just let at least a part of their story sit on a hard drive somewhere to be forgotten. Today’s video features three of them.
They are Marley, RainDrop, and Pistol Pete. They were all interesting to us but especially Marley and Pistol Pete. I’ll have Libby tell their stories this morning in the video’s narration.
As a reminder, it’s only about 13 more weeks or so before we leave for yet another Alaska adventure. For those of you new to the experience here at Team MooseMan, beginning in early August we will be sharing “live” from Alaska for three months…and the stories, photos, and videos you see each day will be happening in real time while we are there…So stick with us and we’ll see you there.
Thanks for watching our channel, we are the husband/wife team of Rick and Libby Libbey, (Libby squared), New Hampshire wildlife photographers (and part time Alaska.) It is our passion to document wildlife of any kind, but moose are definitely at the top. In New Hampshire we spend a lot of our spring/summer hours in kayaks photographing loons and moose in the waters of New Hampshire. And hike many miles in Alaska seeking all manner of wildlife in the fall.

As of 4/11/23, the snow is still holding on. In fact, we have received another 6 inches in the last few days: It’s been a long winter in Mooseville.

Pistol Pete's rake look more elk like than moose!

Is there a way to have a picture line up with their names underneath? I saw the video highlighting each one but it’s hard to remember from one to the other. At least for me. Lol
