2 things I’ve noticed about this dude. 1) He’s never imagined the possibility of not having access to YouTube. 2) his creative depth when it comes to any type of lengthened cord/rope is to make it a clothes line.

"Who woulf read this book when you have youtube"... It is a emergency book, the power and internet does not stay on with wishes and dreams, Tyler. If there is ever a emergency, a war, your out in a cabin and no signal... Many reasons to have a book like that around

Hey Tyler, The DD Tarp 3x3 at 29:58 is the sort of thing used by every soldier in British Army, it's also known as a "Basha" it can be used to make a shelter, as a normal tarp and if it's taped in a certain way it can be used as an emergency stretcher great bit of kit.

Fyi. Survival books are great to have. When the power is out, or you are in a remote area, cell phones aren't always going to function as they should.

I love the disregard for books in a battle box unboxing where the products r for an outdoors man who is generally away from any internet connection & may just want to read out in the wilderness without needing a battery run device. Some ppl do still enjoy books & also know if all web connections were to disappear, they still have entertainment. Funny guy. 🤣

Yeah why would you ever need to read a book when you need to survive, maybe because YouTube wouldn't exist in those scenarios

Neck gaiters are useful for covering your face and nose in cold weather, especially if there's wind. They can also be used as hats to cover ears.

What shocked me the most in this video is the fact he had metal spoons at home! Mind you,he opted to muse the throwaway party plastic spoon that comes with his paper plates,but he actually owns a real soon!

“Why would anyone read a book” Dont take power or the internet for granted. Thats like saying candles are obsolete. And anyway, how good is your memory, drawing skills etc? Books are force multipliers.
