  • Swamiji, I have a question, If I am a non dual practitioner and understand that everything is a part of brahman, whether it is good or bad, why no gifts, celibacy should be adopted to be a yogi? By denying something am I not giving my mind and thoughts to it? Do you mean these practices are only for yogis who want to be sanyasi? Can I not be a yogi amid my samsara? ...I am your silent disciple/student and love your talks and wisdom.

Eat sattvic food, less in quantity. Not to watch/hear, read things that agitates the mind This is also important.
