From the colorful characters, to the creative costumes, it's clear Bronycon is back in Baltimore.

"It's been in Baltimore for 11 years" Show premiered 9 years ago. Peak journalism.

Let them think it's ending. We will continue.

Not the best fact-checking, but at least they treated the topic with respect as opposed to a cheap shot. I appreciate that they understood the passion people can have with things and treated it with dignity.

I had so much fun at this year's bronycon. it was the first time I ever felt comfortable wearing a pony shirt in public!

Dont be surprised it's just grown men wearing cartoon horses shows one holding a giant battle axe
  • @Obi-Wan_Kenobi
I like how when the newscaster said "colorful characters" a cosplayer with a battle-axe was onscreen. XD
  • I was there. I miss bronycon already but I’m happy to have made so many friendships. And even though the show is ending, I’m happy to have made so many friends and it’s not the end of the world. I can still like Mlp how much as I want :) (even if I don’t like season 9 too much lol)

See you all 2022, the fandom will never die
  • @Whirlwind_Sabre
It was a good time indeed, but hey, Trotcon and so many other brony conventions are still going strong. Farewell Bronycon, you were a party and then some.

Transcript said: BroNYCon: I died laughing at that. But seriously, I wish I could go into another pony-related cons.
  • It was because of the final Bronycon that I met a friend that I thought I had lost 6 years ago. I thought he disappeared forever. He was the reason why I stumbled upon this show and joined the fandom... I have never felt so much shock, yet so much happiness until I came to this con. It was honestly some of the best days of my life.
  • Bronies on the news? Wow. To me Bronycon isn't a place. It's a family. It's a home.

mlp has had a large fanbase since its premiere in the 80s - although the current generation is coming to an end, me and most other fans will stick around to see what the next generation will have to offer :) sad to see bronycon go as it was such a central event for the fandom, but other cons will always be around and the online fanbase definitely isn't going anywhere. i'm looking forward to what the future of the franchise will bring!

As soon as I saw the intro with the male reporter I was like “here we go again” but then after watching the whole thing with a few fact mistakes I was glad we weren’t bashed on like fox did
