  • @CalmKayak
Hey just a few comments. Macedonia was the only country to leave Yugoslavia without a war. Skopje was rebuilt after 1963 when a horrific earthquake destroyed the city.

Congratulations on your 40th country! The Pasha Mosque is really cool. The style isn't the usual one we think of with mosques. What a cool city with all the statues. The statue in the middle of the fountain is really striking.
  • @Jack-lw2tw
Famagusta you mention in front of the mosque is in Cyprus. What does it have to do with Macedonia?
  • Congratulations for your nice video. However i have some comments to do regarding this country named North Macedonia. North Macedonia is an independent state, and it has nothing to do with the Macedonia that is a terratory in Greece. Additionaly Alexander the Great was Greek Macedonian with totally Greek Education, and borned in the city of Pella the capital of Ancient Macedonian Kingdom that is located in Nothern Greece. And of course we must not forget that the habitents on North Macedonia are Slavs that came at the region of Skopjie in the 7th cendury A.D., proving that there isn't any relation with the ancient Macedonians. I realize that due to their poor history, they try to capture and present as their own, personalities in order to promote their country. These comments are just only to place the historical truth in the correct basis. Thank you !
