Buttered noodles is always a go-to at my house when we’re low on groceries or just too lazy to really cook.. what’s not to like? - butter, noodles, cheese and garlic. This looks amazing.

My very old Italian mother (102 in August), would love everything about this... By the way, she always served pasta two ways while I was a child, with traditional long cooking meat sauce for the rest of the family and butter and garlic for me and Mom!! She can't cook much anymore but I will try my best!!

Raised three kids, have 40+ nieces/nephews, never once saw a kid order buttered noodles.

I have to say, SOME PEOPLE ARE WAY TO CRITICAL!! !! !! Sam does a great job to make easy and great tasting dishes!

I'm not above chopped garlic in a jar - but I find the flavor to be weird/different than fresh garlic. The jarred variety has a weird flavor from the brine or liquid.

I’ve never heard of butter noodles but it sounds amazing.

The only change I would make is I would have added some of the olive oil you cooked the garlic in to the butter. All the garlic infused olive oil would have just add another layer of flavor.

I imagine that the oil from the crispy garlic would be great for dipping when it cools off.
