How to Find a Good Church

Amen, sista! Godly community is so important. The enemy wants us to be isolated, just one of his many tricks. One thing I'd also like to add is there is no such thing as a "perfect" church and if you're holding out for one, you're right where the enemy wants you. Pray for God to plant you in the "right" one and then bear fruit. God bless, y'all.

Trying to find a place for my entire family to get rooted! We’ve experienced church hurt and we’re just looking for a safe place to worship and serve God.

I ripped my grandma's bible when I was a baby. She still tells me today that I still owe her a bible. Bless you Glory 😂

It just always amazes me how God finds ways to speak to us. I've been trying to look for a church being renewed in faith and I too don't know anyone. I was also looking at the people there, looking at what I like, what I don't like so it's funny that you said that. Thank you for your advice on how to go about finding a church where God wants you to be. I will pray about it. 🤗

Great video of nothing but facts. I prayed and asked God to lead me to a church home and he did! Its a church huge on teaching, reading the bible for yourself, and asking questions to get answers. My first day visiting was on my birthday (so God) I have been there for 5 years now and my mom later began attending with me and has since joined. She never was a church goer so it was a big shift for her to do and for me to see her do. God really used my church to bring many things full circle. Blessing to you and all reading it.

I was just stressing myself to find a church home while looking online in a certain area, then I kind of gave up and just prayed, then I come on YouTube and see this video!! Praise God! Hallelujah!!!

This was super good because I moved to Houston a couple months ago and I just been struggling to find a church home. I prayed at first, but eventually I fell off.

I love being a member of the Church that Jesus Christ established here on Earth, the Catholic Church. Receiving Jesus Christ in the Eucharist, listening to the Word of God, participating in the Sacraments created by Christ to help us in our Spiritual journey and the fellowship that exists among us fellow Christians is amazing. For those of you looking to have a sacramental relationship with Christ and truly receiving him, look no further than the Universal Christian Church- the Catholic Church. This video was so healing and provided so much guidance. I am going to pray about it. I often wonder what I have to give but I guess I'll find out... I'm not an accident and God doesn't want me on my own. I gotta find a home yall. Oh and then I had the nerve to set my work schedule for Sun-Wed with an 8-12 work day lol. Look at what I've done. I wanted to be off work for the Sabbath and that's all I've been is off work and not in church-- not connected to a body of believers. It's lonely in my house and at work and I just need a church home... pray for me. I miss my old church (United, Dover, DE).

I cant believe this showed up on my feed...I havent really been going to church for several reason...and just recently decided that I want to go to a different church. Im fiercely loyal to my home church but my needs arent being net there. One day this church ad randomly pops up in my feed on IG and im drawn to them. But I will pray and seek God first because I need somewhere the spirit of God is present.🙏🙏🙏

I just visit churches, and keep my head in the good book.im not perfect, but if I know better, I try to do better. - The Bible says: judge the company you keep.

It's so crazy how u posted this video about finding a church home. I've been praying for months foe God to lead me to the right church but I just didn't know how to hear his direction. But I thank God so much for putting this on your heart to talk about. ☺

Thanks for sharing your church experience... my husband and I were struggling in deciding whether or not to leave our church because we felt like we weren’t being fed spiritually but every time we wanted to leave we always had some obligation to fulfill that held us back. Now I know that God need us to be there to fulfill his purpose and not our own!!! We also share a similar experience of having our church family as ride or die relationships lol. Thank you so much. I'm a 19 yr old girl who was baptised almost a year ago, and funny enough I have had more struggles with my faith compared to before I was baptised.. I've been searching for a church since then cause I'm in a new area but I've never thought to actually talk to God about it. I always thought it would just fall into my life. So thank you very much.
